What Lessons and "Writing Events" Happened this Week?

This week I took a few days off and visited my aunt, another aunt, uncle (her brother), and a cousin about three hrs. away. What does this have to do w/ making my daily quota of words, say? What is it, related to writing? Well, for one thing I saw clearly events that happened that were w/ my ability now the composite creating structure/chapters/topics for a series of events that made up the story, my "working" vacation. First was the ideal to get there, car washed/tank full, packed, following a schedule, on the road, familiar sites, stopping midway for food/restroom, last stretch of the road, leaves changing, destination found, discussions//catching up, news of pertinent and lesser pertinent topics, the food, talk about the computer, who used what for what, knew what app, after-dinner talks, excuse me/off for bed, morning coffee til everyone gets there, the day plans, here-in a town, Gibbsonberg has their sculpture walk which included a 15K lbs. piece of wreckage from 9-11-2001, pictures of the dead, various groups, the Pennsylvania related photos, images, head home, shortened by the rain, theme restaurant (50s, cars et c.), back home more talking, off to bed. The next morning we are on the road again for three hrs.

Well, still what about the writing exercises? What is left w/ the above? More distinct partitioning, each having a general/specific purpose (nonpurpose counts.) Now define, make distinct and here it is ... write the detail; we had two waitresses, the rain had hurried things along, it was wet, less tension in silence, more tension, detailed decorating of the restaurant, organise and describe, organise describe, like a reader should close his/her eyes and see the experience, at least have a sense of it. Thoughts/emotions getting some attention? Natural dialogue like taking shorthand, why change anything? Cannot make it up any better? Walking away w/ a lesson? All of it is the structure that could just as well form a book on a bigger scale. When I visit my cousin and walk it makes the world seem small again. And one of the states' top six biggest cities is basically one neighborhood ending another beginning instead of small city limits making that seem smaller than the overall the overwhelming 90mph bypasses and "bright lights, big city."

Writing is everywhere. I believe one of the creative Creator's creations was/is the image reflecting Source, the image w/ meaning being the alphabet, at least an abstract sense of it for communication. I have read G_d loved stories so much he made Humankind. And stories are made of characters from the alphabet so to speak. Hebrew, English, Russian, who knows? Just a thought to "provoke" thought in a kind way.

Ah, another thing, every Saturday morning I read Dutch dialogues. These are little stories, micro/nano stories. Look for it. You will find it. Time after time. It is something that has structure, detail. Even Dylan's works were appearing as chaos when in fact contained, still containing signature framework even in the absence of supposed form?

One last thought. The one aunt taught me to read, she teaching K and first grade, teaching. I wonder how that had moved me in m,y early development, to see the lessons, gems really, getting learning outside the classroom, a classroom w/out walls? I know in some way I owe her w/ no way to measure that value, that worth.
